Kimbrell's Furniture

My mother-in-law and brother-in-law had an absolute 5-star experience at Kimbrells of Charlotte! From start to finish, the entire visit was seamless and welcoming. A huge shoutout specifically to the store manager, Martin! He went above and beyond to make sure they were completely taken care of, showing top-tier professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. It’s rare to find management that attentive, and it made all the difference. If you're shopping here, ask for Martin. You’ll be in the best hands possible. Highly recommend!

Very helpful at this location. Martin was professional and a very knowledgeable sales rep. I think the furniture is high quality and beautiful. I'm a new customer and asking that until I miss a payment, don't call me. Otherwise it's harassment. I was told there is no control over calls being made excessively which is ridiculous. I got the account with excellent credit......not because I don't pay my bills so trust that. Note my account. If I have not gone pass my due date. Don't call me.

Upon my entrance into store, I was embraced by the most phenomenal salesman,Mr. Milton Arcelay with outstanding PROFESSIONALISM and customer service. His knowledge of knowing what I was seeking to accomplish and he made it possible. Being able to furnish an entire one - bedroom apartment with a limited budget. He was OUTSTANDING, and made it possible, Thanks Milton Arcelay, you are appreciated greatly. Minister Johnnie Mae Smith 🥰🙏
