We purchased our GE refrigerator on the last day of their sale and was able to have our refrigerator delivered the next day. The staff was so friendly and professional, especially Wayde The cells consultant. He was very knowledgeable and we didn’t have to wait a long time to get our application for financing situated. Everything was fast and easy and smooth. The delivery company was in house and had a wonderful experience with Max who delivered our refrigerator so easily. I was skeptical about it fitting through our front door, but he made it work. He too, was very knowledgeable about our refrigerator and was very patient in explaining everything to me. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good experience and product.

My first experience was great. Got a washer from the store on Monroe Rd. Tom the sales guy for the washer did his job. Went back for a stove, got Warren, Tom was with someone else. Should have waited for Tom. He talks a lot but is honest. Warren lied. I went in on Memorial Day. He said he could get me a stove in a week. He would call me when it arrived. Cool, I'll wait a week. A week and a day. No, word from Warren. I called Warren. Is the stove in, no and it will probably be another week or longer because its not even on the truck load for next week. Not cool Warren.

Appliance arrived when they told me it would which was nice unlike their competition which billed me for the machine then called me to tell me it would be 4-6 weeks before the washer arrived and was I ok with that. Absolutely not. Donna did a nice job telling me when it would be there but that they were temporarily out of stock but it would only be two to three days before it arrived. I would certainly buy again from Plaza App Mart.

So happy with my experience with Plaza Appliance Mart!! The customer service from their salesperson, Rick, was excellent. He made the purchasing process very easy. I'm very happy with the washer and dryer set I ended up with. Also, their service technician Max was amazing - him and his team had my old units removed and new ones installed and running in 45 minutes. My laundry room is upstairs but it was no problem for them and they were careful not to hit anything even in the tight stairwell. Max and Rick are awesome, thank you both so much!!!

Let me start by sharing that I have purchased appliances from Plaza Appliance, the big box stores and others over the years. Why I ever switched from Plaza Appliance to anyone else is beyond me as was a mistake. From the beginning of the process Christine was amazing. Responsive, helpful, resourceful and super nice. The appliances were held for us while we waiting on closing our home, delivered on time and look amazing. During the remodel we had contractor delays and therefore, even though the appliances had been delivered they were not opened until 60 days later. it was then that we discovered shipping damage to the dishwasher. Regardless of the time between delivery and opening the box Plaza Appliance and Christine stepped in and made sure everything was right. Plaza is the only place to go in my opinion.
