We were looking for a new washing machine. Sean Linhares showed us around the showroom and explained the models Slyman Bros. carries. He answered all of our questions and was not at all pushy. We thanked him and left needing to mull it over and check out a few more stores. I returned the next day to purchase the machine that I was interested in. The service was excellent and that fact that Sean was not a pushy salesperson made the decision to go with Slyman easy.

We purchased a Speed Queen washer and Whirpool refrigerator, range and microwave to replace the original Whirpool appliances in our 20 year old home. The team at Slyman was fabulous. Vince took great care of us on the sales floor. He provided solid guidance and advice, while being respectful and not trying to upsell. I had done a great deal of research on the items prior to our purchase, but I appreciated Vince's knowledge and recommendations. The delivery and installation crew were top notch. They took a great deal of care in protecting our wood floors during the delivery, which I appreciated. The range we purchased was not in stock and required an order and separate delivery, which we were told would be about 3 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised to see the range on the initial delivery. Talk about under promise and over deliver! We did have a slight issue with the microwave installation (it wasn't flush to the wall) but Slyman sent someone out to correct it quickly and made sure it was done right. I highly recommend shopping local. Our previous Whirpool appliances served us well for 20 years, so we simply got the newer versions of them. They may not be as fancy and full of technology, but they look great and work great! Oh, and the Speed Queen... I cannot say enough good things about that washer. Our clothes are so much cleaner than they were in the HE low water, no agitator, top loader we replaced. A load is done in 30 minutes, truly speedy! Again, no bells and whistles on the washer, just plain old fashioned knobs and dials. Highly recommend!
