Amazing customer service beginning with the initial phone call to schedule the removal of an old oven/microwave combo unit and the installation of a new one. On the day of installation, the technician called and alerted us he was 30 minutes away. Arrive on time. Both the technician and his assistant were professional in their presentation and interactions - very efficient and careful with appliance removal and installation. We are so pleased we found this family owned company and will continue to do business with them in the future and highly recommend them to others! Thank you for a fantastic experience and value!

Bill called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He inquired as to my refrigerator symptoms so he could think about the fix. He came, diagnosed the temperature(s) issue and went to work. I had everything cleared to allow Bill to go to work. And in no time he had it fixed and back in business. Very capable craftsman. Very likable and customer friendly. People like Bill maintain AAA’s positive reputation. I will use AAA Appiance again.

Called AAA on Thursday and they were able to come out that afternoon. John came out and quickly discovered that it was two parts on our dryer that needed replacing. He told us he could order them, but we could find them cheaper online. He gave us the exact part numbers, and which website to order from. He even said that they were very easy to install and showed me how to do it. He told me if I ran into any issues I could give him a call or he could come back out and just watch and tell me what to do so that I wouldn’t be charged. He was very helpful and I would definitely call him again.

I Recently had AAA send a technician to check my electric range, and I was very disappointed with the service. The technician only looked at the appliance from the outside and did not open it to inspect the internal components, even though the issue is clearly inside the range. The entire visit lasted just a couple of minutes. I was charged $110 for a “diagnosis,” but the technician admitted he wasn’t sure what the actual problem was since he didn’t open the unit to properly examine it. He told me the reason he didn’t open the range was because that would cost more money. That left me very confused — what exactly was the $110 for? If $110 is not enough to open the range and determine the real issue, then what service did I actually pay for? He also mentioned that if he were to open it and identify the issue, additional parts might need to be ordered at an extra cost. I understand that repairs can require extra parts, but I expected at least a proper inspection for the diagnostic fee. Overall, I feel like I paid $110 without receiving a thorough diagnosis or clear answers. This was not a satisfactory experience.
