Asked them to repair our Speed Queen drier that we moved up here from Texas. The lady was very rude and said they only service appliances that they sell and hung up on us. Columbia Appliance just lost a life long customer. I wonder what Speed Queen will think of their dealer not servicing their customers?

I was very disappointed in this family owned business. they do NOT make you feel like family. Royce and Russ both sitting there, watching me have a problem with the online financing citi bank (no fault of mine). Neither one offered to help. They didn't offer suggestions. NOTHING!! I almost paid in full, instead I felt the very BAD customer service said no, I changed my mind. and took my business else where, who were very very helpful and I had washer in no time!! !!! shame I've done business with them in the pass. at least 4 appliances . but will not NEVER again!!!

UPDATE - Communicated with the GM who was very apologetic. Will definitely try them again in the future. Called seeking info on washer/dryer pair to purchase. Had to leave a recorded message & received zero follow up. Moved on to their competitors, who did answer the phone and my questions.
