Personal. Professional. They were honest in talking with me in what was needed, and straightforward on the costs. Quick but steady work on dishwasher too! Courteous workers. That's a BIG DEAL anymore!,

We are so impressed with Donnie and his team! Other appliance dealers had told us this project couldn’t be done, and Donnie took that as a personal challenge and made it happen - . Extremely professional, courteous crew as well. We will absolutely buy from here again!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The checkout process was smooth and they were very amenable with my order as it was a floor model. The delivery was also quick and efficient. Would highly recommend downtown appliance as they had a lot of models and series in stock in a wide variety of prices

Excellent service from ordering to deliver y and install. I had always thought Downtown Appliance was expensive, NOT SO!! They were able to order exactly the range I wanted for less than anyone else! They also are the ones to send out their in house repair crew if issues arise. I will never shop for appliances any where else.

Amazing customer service! We are thrilled with our new washer and dryer. Our sales person Gene was extremely helpful and did not try to upsell us. They also delivered to our home 30 minutes away! I highly recommend Downtown Appliance! Shop local!
