I recently purchased a new Speed Queen washer and dryer from Metro Appliances, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. My salesman, Tanner Stevens, and another associate, Seth, both went above and beyond while I was in the store. They made sure I was happy, answered my questions, and helped me feel confident that I had exactly what I needed. The delivery experience was just as impressive. Anthony and Tanner, my delivery drivers, were equally amazing. This was the first time I’ve ever had delivery drivers who truly seemed to care about the equipment as they were installing it. They took their time, made sure everything was done right, explained how to use the washer and dryer, and even advised me on common mistakes that can cause issues down the road. If I could give Metro Appliances 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. The overall customer experience I received from top to bottom was the best I’ve had in quite some time. It was refreshing to feel like I was truly put first, that my business was appreciated, and that everyone involved wanted to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommend!

We were assisted by Seth who was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding wall-mount double ovens. He took the time to answer all our questions so that we felt comfortable with our selection and their pricing was very competitive. Delivery was on time. We would definitely return to South Metro for any future appliance needs.

I’m not usually one to write bad reviews, but my experience here today was kind of unfortunate. I am currently building my first home with my wife and we were looking for brand new appliances for the whole house and thought that the grand opening of this store may be the perfect opportunity to purchase all of it. They happened to have a free giveaway of some smaller items such as air fryers and vacuums, so I figured I’d sign up my name as well as my wife’s name. My parents who also just bought a new rental property asked me to put their names in while they were stuck at work. While signing up and dropping out four entries into hundreds of others, an associate from the store made a scene in front of about 10 other people and accused me of dropping my own name in there several times. She was extremely rude and condescending in a public manner. If she had pulled me aside, I would have gladly shown her the different names and how we were all most likely going to be paying customers either today or in the next week, but since she decided to publicly embarrass me, I walked out and they lost my business.
