I unpacked my refrigerator to discover a couple of cosmetic factory dents and a door handle screw missing. I called Shaw. No reluctance. Offered Discount or replacement. When I returned to the store he was just as nice as on the phone. Eger to help, eager to resolve. Home Depot and Lowes could learn a lot from Shawn. We are planning more renovations and will be needing a gas range. We know were to go. I never thought Id be this happy from an add from Facebook market place. No 10 starts, what a Shame
