Appliances 4 Less Springfield· 1517 W Battlefield Rd

My experience was great at appliances 4 less!!! And I mean seriously great!! I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile from Kris(with a K) :). She pointed me in the direction I needed to go and assisted me with the entire process. No hassle, no pressure, just an overall smooth and easy process. I don’t usually do these reviews but they undoubtedly deserve a 5 star review!!

We had an amazing experience at Appliances 4 Less! Their prices were so incredible that we ended up buying two refrigerators instead of just one. You really can't beat the value they offer. Kris was absolutely the sweetest and kindest salesperson. She went above and beyond to help us, even helping load both refrigerators and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed before we left. Her friendly attitude and outstanding customer service made the whole experience enjoyable. If you're looking for great prices and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Appliances 4 Less. We'll definitely be back!

Given the uncertainty of appliance availabilities, being able to put your hands and eyes on the *exact* units available to buy is extremely helpful! They have a mix of brand-new, open-box, and scratch-and-dent models, so it's easy to find a price to match a given budget for what you're seeking. They were able to deliver an available unit in the next day if we needed, although we opted for one additional day later due to our schedule.
