Abc Warehouse

Bought a new washer from here and getting it delivered was a mess. First attempt to deliver and they showed up at 730 in the morning. Didn't ring the door bell left a note saying they tried to deliver. Yesterday the delivery drivers decided they didn’t want to work due to the wild fires. They showed up this morning at 6:55, and seemed like they couldn’t care less about their jobs. Didn’t connect the water at first. Then once they did they didn’t turn the water back on and we had to figure out how to do it ourselves.

I'm not on here to complain about the business. I'm just wondering why the service line says 9-5, but none of my locations open till 10. This needs to be addressed by corporate. I have called every location in my area and they all do not open till 10, not 9. The automated voice message is very misleading. Again this isn't about a store this is about customer service.

Working with Mark N. was a fantastic experience and he came highly recommended for good reason. Customer Service was great. Someone to greet me at the door. Comparable pricing to box box stores, but an actual family experience and attentive. The delivery guys were quick, no bumps or damage to my home, spoke clearly, dressed professionally, and called well before to let us know on arrival. All around great experience, and I will be back for all major purchases again in the future.

Great experience! I ordered a refrigerator online late at night. I realized this morning it would not work. I went to my local ABC Warehouse in Utica, and was immediately greeted and assisted by Armando. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in choosing the correct fridge. It is available to be delivered in 3 days, best price, and 0% financing! Thank you, Armando!! A 5 star buying experience!!

July 2025 - I purchased a dishwasher and my sales guy was Dave. They have a lot of dishwashers and other items. I discussed things with David on what I needed. I did not know that an L shape counter top was going to matter. The line Dave gave me was for 6 feet and I needed 8. No discussion before I bought it. However, I figured things would be good. He gave me a discount and it was almost $50 for delivery. No hook-up and just drop off. I was to pay another guy $150 to install. The two guys who delivered the dishwasher were awesome. Maybe half hour later the guy who was going to install said he would come by, which I was told would be the next day. So that's a good thing so I thought. When the two guys arrived, he measured and said who was my sales guy. I told him and he was shocked that he sold me this dishwasher. He said it won't fit, I need a smaller dishwasher. No on the Bosch, KitchenAid and so on. I could only get a GE or LG. I was shocked and I was confused. We asked a friend to check and he said it will fit. My wife went to ABC the next day to get a new cord. She was told someone can't be out this week to pickup the dishwasher. He was rude and he said oh that guy doesn't like to do those types of dishwashers. WHAT??? He said he is kind of picky so we talked to our friend about this. We installed it together in under 2 hours. I don't recommend Dave or their guy that installs. It would be best to look somewhere else. We won't be back as customers.
