The sales and delivery experience were exceptional. These folks really treat people well, they're very professional and they really care about doing things right. They not only delivered the appliances but installed them, too. They also took care of a slight issue with my dryer vent, they actually fixed it better than it was previously. Awesome organization, highly recommend to anyone looking for appliances!

Excellent experience & overall customer service from in store through delivery and install!! A specific recognition to Matt who installed my oven/stove & came back second time to install the overhead microwave. Very professional, knowledgeable & personable. He was patient & helpful with explaining everything- evident he knows his trade very well & takes pride in doing it right & making customer happy. In store, Celeste was also excellent- helpful, knowledgeable & patient with my return for microwave didn’t fit etc. I highly recommend Sargent & will be using them for any future appliance purchases.

i purchased a $1100 Speed Queen dryer , when they installed it the steam feature which is connected to the washing machine was done incorrectly and when i did my first wash a full load of water flooded from my laundry room, down my wood hall and into my carpeted bedroom! After hours of cleaning up, borrowing fans to dry everything, i needed my carpeting cleaned and they refused to pay for it. Oh, and by the way when the installer came out to connect the hoses correctly, he apologized as he saw his installation mistake. The manager tried to blame me, incredible!!!
