The older washing machine that came with the home I purchased in 2012, was unrepairable so I suddenly needed a new machine. I chose to shop at Doyon’s Appliance rather then the big box stores. I was impressed with whole experience. My salesman Syed Shah was extremely patient with all my questions and guided me to the best model to fit my needs. Delivery took just a few days which was great. My machine arrived today and the delivery men, Genesis and Carlos, were excellent. They were incredibly efficient with removing the old machine and installing the new machine. I was impressed with every aspect of my experience with Doyon’s and highly recommend them when shopping for appliances.

From buying to install, all around great experience. Adam helped me find the exact fridge I was looking for to replace mine that had died. A few days later the guys showed up to deliver the new fridge. They helped move the old one into the garage and put the new one in the kitchen. They were very professional and made sure to take care of my new fridge and my house while coming in. All in all, I will be buying all my appliances from Doyons from now on. Thanks again!

Our recent experience buying an oven from the excellent sales person, Syed Shah, was fantastic! They took care of helping with selection, delivery, installation and hauling away the old oven. We have used these guys for literally decades now and they are always a top quality experience, from sales through delivery and installation. Paul was with us every step of the way through a fairly complex set of appliance replacements, available for any questions or concerns and never with any high-pressure sales tactics. The installation team was fantastic, and the highly skilled guys who just installed the refrigerator not only left no trace of their work, but proactively noticed very slight denting on one door of the brand new fridge and immediately called it in for replacement. I don’t expect we will ever go anywhere else for our appliance needs!
