Alfredo was extremely pleasant, thorough in explaining the issue, and fixed our refrigerator within an hour of arrival. I will definitely use 1st Choice again. Thank you!

First Chouce had been out to repair my washing machine a year earlier and did a great job! I got another year out of it, but this time advised me I would be spending as much on a repair as to replace it with a new machine and advised me on the best model to buy. I so appreciate their expertise and honesty Will absolutely recommend them and trust them again.

I received a confirmation text when I booked, a reminder 24 hours in advance, and a message introducing the technician who would be arriving, including a photo.
