Hancock Appliances is amazing! Their customer service and installation team were outstanding from start to finish. I originally purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe’s, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. They had to come back three separate times just to complete the installation properly, and it turned out the unit was defective from day one. After switching to Hancock Appliances, everything was completely different. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and had everything delivered and installed correctly within a week. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and wouldn’t buy an appliance from anywhere else. Highly recommend!

The owner is a designer - he and his team were tremendously helpful in shortlisting options within my budget and providing decision-making guidance. The delivery team was also wonderful and offered to come back if I needed anything. I much preferred the experience at Hancock over my previous experience at Yale Appliance.
