I shopped at Hancock Appliance In Quincy Mass, I had the good fortune of meeting Billy the owner. I explained to him that my freezer went on my French-door refrigerator. He could not have been more helpful, although he did not have the fridge that I needed in stock. he got right on the computer and found it for me and the price was great. Believe me I compared. It was delivered this morning by two of the nicest delivery guys. They were extremely friendly and very careful taking my old fridge out and bringing my new one in. Completely cleaned up after themselves and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend Hancock Appliance In Quincy Mass. Debbie L

Billy at Hancock Appliance went absolutely above and beyond for us when we were in a real bind after our Thermador refrigerator unexpectedly broke — especially stressful with a 3-month-old at home! From start to finish, Billy made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. He was unbelievably responsive by both text and phone, even on weekends, and kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. He helped us find and purchase a new refrigerator, coordinated the removal of our old one, and arranged a loaner refrigerator for us in the meantime. Billy is also incredibly well-connected in the appliance industry and was able to find amazing contractors to safely move our new refrigerator up three flights of stairs in our walk-up. Every other company we spoke with told us we would need to crane the refrigerator through a window, so having Billy find a solution that avoided that was an enormous relief. He truly took ownership of the entire process and went far beyond what we expected. His responsiveness, expertise, connections, and genuine willingness to help made such a difference during a very stressful time for our family. We cannot recommend Billy and Hancock Appliance enough! If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile, definitely work with Billy. We are so grateful for everything he did for us!

Hancock Appliances is amazing! Their customer service and installation team were outstanding from start to finish. I originally purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe’s, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. They had to come back three separate times just to complete the installation properly, and it turned out the unit was defective from day one. After switching to Hancock Appliances, everything was completely different. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and had everything delivered and installed correctly within a week. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and wouldn’t buy an appliance from anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I can't wait to have a pile of dirty dishes! You couldn't ask for better service from Hancock Appliance-- I didn't want the least or most expensive dishwasher. Paul and Bill were both incredibly helpful showing me options, features and what would fit my needs. The installation process was outstanding-- I had a delivery window between 10a-12p and at 10:15a. Other companies told me I had to have the dishwasher disconnected before they would install the new one. That meant, I would have to pay a plumber to come and disconnect for them to haul the old one away AND then have the plumber return to reconnect the new machine! With Hancock Appliance, one fee included disconnect, delivery, reconnect and haul away. Not only that, but Jimmy and Billy were the best-- incredibly friendly, professional and completed the entire job in under an hour. I prefer patronizing small businesses rather than the big box stores and when it comes time to select my new refrigerator, I'll return to Hancock Appliance.
