We've used A&D several times over the years and this experience was phenomenal. Mike McGinnis helped us pick out new appliances for our kitchen, including a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The options seem endless and he helped us narrow it down based on our criteria, including price and key features. Delivery was clean and, even after the sale, Mike was super responsive to questions. Thumbs up, all around.

This review is a bit overdue, but my husband and I wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service we received at A&D Appliance when we replaced several appliances last fall. When we had a concern with our new refrigerator door, their team handled it promptly and professionally, replacing it without any hassle and even having the manufacturer inspect the new one at the factory to ensure there would be no ongoing issues. My several conversations with the salesperson at A& D was unprofessional and rude. He was not helpful at all. However, Stephanie in customer relations was super helpful in trading in my defective Whirlpool refrigerator for a new Frigidaire one. The delivery/installation guys were perfect and super nice. I love my new fridge :) thank you Stephanie!!!

Derek was an excellent salesperson to work with. Knowledgeable about everything in stock, he helped us come to a quick decision that would best fit our needs. It was a fast and easy transaction, and we had our new washing machine delivered in 2 days. The sales process was thorough and very efficient, and I would highly recommend going to see Derek.
