Doyon's Appliance

I was impressed and very satisfied with my whole experience with Doyon's. I visited the store and the knowledgable representative answered my questions, showed me a variety of appliances, and gave me a quote on the spot. I left with printouts of all the items. After checking the quote against prices from other companies, as the rep suggested I do, I found Doyon's quote to be especially good. Today was the day my appliances were delivered. The process was very smooth. As agreed previously, I was notified by e-mail one day before about the delivery window. I was kept up to date, and the appliances were delivered on time. The installers were very professional, personable, and thorough. They moved deliberately, without any wasted motion. Everything was installed, leveled, and photographed before they left. I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied. There is no question that I would recommend Doyon's to friends and family.

Can't say enough great things about our experiences working with Scott Mooers at Doyon's in Bedford. He is knowledgeable and direct without being pushy. He has helped my family on multiple occasions to navigate larger purchases for our home. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for assistance in purchasing the most appropriate appliances for their home and budget.

I just purchased a new washing machine from Doyons. I have purchased many appliances from them over the years. Always a good experience. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery team was fantastic helping me clean up under the removed replaced refrigerator and hooking everything up. They are very prompt too. My current one went out Saturday night so went first thing Monday morning and had it on Wednesday morning!

Doyon's Appliance has the nicest staff. We asked a lot of questions and Jay was very patient answering them. We were given the time to wander and pick out all our items. The delivery team was on time, polite, and very careful with our items. The cabinets are just as we expected as well as the new fridge!!! I will definitely return when it's time to choose additional appliances.
