This is the 4th appliance i have bought from here now that just magically dies right after his 60 day warranty... I called today and got told i would need to pay $50 service fee and bring the washer to them. I would be more inclined to pay for a part since its out of his 60 day warranty but by no means i should be paying u a service fee! I wont be returning to this place again that's for sure.

I called and told them i wanted washer on marketplace and would be there in an hour or so , 4 miles away they call and tell me they sold. I drove from pekin and went to shop . Guy in back daid must have sold, and lady i talkef to wasn’t around. Bad experience all the way around.😡

Purchased a used washer and dryer from him 5 years ago and the dryer just started acting up. But worked well for 5 years. And I paid 100$ for the both. I just purchased another used set from him recently and very happy with both of them. Good service and knowledge got the new set for 260$ and he gave me 40$ off for bringing my old set for parts so 220$ not bad at all.
