Reese and Jason were the best delivery team! Friendly and very respectful. My fridge came with a small dent but they insured me that it will be taken care of. Thank you guys for your hard work. I would recommend them! I know the dent was not their fault.

My husband and I, Don and Jane Murphy, recently purchased a refrigerator from Sam’s Best Brands. We asked for delivery and in addition, asked if the they could possibly take the one we were replacing to the basement while they were there. I informed them it would not be an easy process. To our relief, the salesman and manager said it would be no problem. When the delivery began, the two men, Jason and Reese, were extremely friendly, kind and accommodating. When we showed them where we wanted the old refrigerator placed, we expected them to be reluctant to take the challenge. To our surprise, they immediately said it would not be a problem. They put the new refrigerator in and put the old one in the basement with ease. We wish to thank all those who helped us, the salesman for his patience, the manager for sending very competent qualified men to meet our needs and the two delivery men who made the experience easy for us. An especially big thank you to Jason and Reese. You can be assured we will revisit Sam’s Best Brands for all our appliances!

We bought all new appliances from them a few months ago. Very happy. Could answer any questions to help me choose what would work best for me. Delivery guys were great. Friendly and hard workers. Was very challenging putting our refrigerator in. Doorway had barely enough room to make it to the Kitchen but they did a great job making it work. All my appliances are GE and I am also very satisfied with them.

I bought a $3500 wall oven in July, for a remodel happening in the fall. They said they had plenty in stock. My remodel is happening in October, now. I called October 5th and they said my appliances were set aside waiting for me to have them installed. On October 18th I went to pick up my oven and cooktop. They had sold my oven from under me. I had to accept a floor model oven, or wait until November 20th for a restock. They offered me $100 in compensation for taking a floor model unit, covered in fingerprints, and I don't even know if I got everything in the box. Don't trust these people. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!
