People do not seem to care or have compassion for others anymore, but after talking to John S. My mind has changed. He was very accommodating in helping me and my family not in a “sell them something and move on” but actually listened and offered sage advice on what to do with options not just buy this. Thanks again.

The tech, Thomas was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Did a great job. However, the people who take the info over the phone & schedule that apt do not listen and do not pass the info along to the techs. I have a stacked washer/dryer & they say it needs 2 techs. Multiple times I have called in for repair and told them it was a stacked unit, but the only send one tech. If I could rate the tech service only would give 5 stars, but since it is an overall score the people on the phones bring it down.

Cache, Jake, and Brian from Dick Van Dyke did a great job installing our new dishwasher! They were professional and communicated through every step of the process! I could tell they wanted to get the job done correctly, which I appreciated! We are so happy with the job and would highly recommend!

We contacted DVD to diagnose an issue with our clothes dryer. There was great communication throughout the experience. A tech was available that same day. We had good dialog about repair versus replace options after the issue was found. We ultimately decided on the repair which they were able to complete right away. They also cleaned up when done.

We went in & picked out a GE kitchen package.. worked with JON Wright & he was SO helpful & easy to work with. Gave us all the info we could need & helped us with the 0% financing. Jon told us all about warranty, different product options.. explained everything so well. Told us about sales and rebates they had going on.. saved us a lot of money & we walked out feeling like we got the best deal possible. We were in & out so fast! We have also had DVDyke come to our house in the past for service calls on appliances we hadn't even bought from them & they are so easy to work with! Would def recommend to anyone shopping for any type of appliance need.
