Valdez Resale

This was my first experience, dealing with Valdez resale a friend of mine bought a hot water heater unit from them to install in my house and the hot water heater was in great condition. However there was an additional problem and I spoke with him and they came right out and sent a repair person very quickly and resolved my problem, which would be the only reason I’m not giving them five stars, but they were fantastic.

My wife and I are very happy with our experience at Valdez Resale. We purchased a fridge and a stove, and both the product quality and customer service were excellent. Mrs. Gabriela and her husband were incredibly patient and supportive in helping us choose the right appliances. They also made the delivery and installation process so easy—they installed both appliances and made sure they were up and running before leaving. Highly recommend Valdez Resale for their great service and attention to detail!

Bought a bit of everything here (water heater, fridge, stove, washer/dryer) for my new house. They are great! I met the owner (Daniel) and he was very knowledgeable. They offer delivery service and it’s quick and easy. They put all the appliances exactly where it needs to be. They even connect everything and level it for you. I dealt with Daniel, Gio, and Gabriela and they were all great. I will be going back whenever I need anything. Also will be referring people to them.
