The Vac Shop North

I’ve been to this vacuum repair store maybe four times I don’t live close to the address it’s located on, but it is so worth the drive. I have an older versions of the Oreck vacuum cleaner and they always fix it. They always get all the strings out of the wheel and they clean it up. They’re nice and the get the job done quickly. Just a tip: they sell this product that looks like a sponge and it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought for my house because I have three cats. Long haired cats. I can can-just put the sponge along my furniture and it picks up more hair than you can imagine !!! My maids always ask if they could take it and I say no, but I’m gonna be going to the store again so I’m gonna pick up a couple more. Everyone should look for these sponges that need to pick up hair in their homes. My best, Kat K-Logan Square neighbor. 👍🏻

Called a dozen vendors looking for out of production parts for an Oreck Air Purifier. Sheila, at the Vac Shop, remembered they used to sell/ service that machine, and actually took the time to research and find some parts still on the shelf ..from 3 years previous. Never, have I been so graciously been helped this much. Above an beyond many Kudos...Thank You!!

Trust I reached out to a lot of vac stores before finding Sheila! She is the kindest professional I came across and she gets 5 Stars plus another 5000 stars that everyone who meets her and doesn’t give a review I was after The Sebo.D4 and that’s what Sheila had delivered to my doorstep today, just less than 2 days after the order was placed! Packaged like a pro and what was in the box is now outta the box and all I can say about my new Sebo D4 is oh my! this is not a review for the Sebo D4 But I’ll have to give it a little plug! If it’s a real vacuum, what you want, This is top-of-the-line! I’ll leave it there But I will review the product on the proper site in my own time! I recently purchased a PowerWheels toy for my niece's bday. While I was assembling, I noticed I was missing two critical pieces. After contacting Fisher Price they directed me to the Vac Shop North - and I am so glad they did! Sheila was a pleasure to work with and was so communicative and kind when I was telling her my issue. She even called me back to check one more place in the giant box before placing my order - which arrive fast and packed efficiently (with even a nice note from Sheila written on the receipt!).
