I am currently trying to get my refrigerator delivered and the owner won’t respond to my calls. I paid for delivery and they missed two windows of time I set aside out of my busy schedule to wait on the item. This is disrespectful and unacceptable business practices. I am very disappointed that a business serving black people sacrifices good customer service and integrity of following through especially if you entrust them with large sums of money that is hard to come by for families that are struggling to make ends meet. This is truly disappointing and I would not recommend you purchase for them or require that full payment be due upon delivery of time. No one should have to experience this inconvenience.

gave Sun Bird Appliance my down deposit and waited a month and a half with no updates. I finally had to ask for my money back. Only after that did they drop off a washer/dryer set—and the dryer didn’t work. Now it’s a waiting game on them to come get it and give me my money back. The communication was terrible throughout, and the way they handled the situation felt like bad business. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience. I will be calling the BBB!

I purchased a refrigerator and stove from them for my mother. They gave me a delivery day but wasn't able to deliver that day and the owner offered to give me 100.00 back of the price that was paid for the items for the inconvenience. Mind you this was said before getting to the delivery. When he got to the delivery it ended up being a difficult delivery as the owner described due to having to take the doors off to get the items in the house. Afterwards when I inquired about the refund he told me I should be giving him the 100.00 because of the difficult delivery that he had getting the items in the house. I made the purchase 3.4.26 and l still haven't received the refund. The owner offered the refund before getting to the delivery then cause he felt it was difficult he refuses to give the refund.

This place is TRASH. I paid for movers months in advance due to a set quote from the owner. When it got time for me to move, let’s be clear the movers were taking their sweet time to set me up an appointment so guess what I did I moved EVERYTHING out my house except the bigger appliances without their help. Nowww… the day they come to move my stuff they don’t move all of my belongings still charge me over a 1000 and they only moved like 10 items literally I cleared the entire house out for them, and even though I was moving up the street and yes they moved the heavy stuff but the owner had 3 Hispanics who moved my 1200 dollar baby convertible crib who lost the screws to it, HE NEVER REPLACED IT. So that’s a 1200 dollar crib I had to replace because the owner never lived up to his word on replacing the screws. Also the owner TRIED to reimburse me 150 which I put towards fixing my my dryer which it took his guys 6 months LATER to come out to look at my dryer 2 OLD men who didn’t know what they were doing and messed up my dryer even more. I tried to call back to get a refund back but no response at all. This company sucks

I purchased a washer and dryer set and immediately noticed the dryer was tearing my clothes. I contacted the owner right away, and he sent a repair person about a month later. Whatever was done only worked for one drying cycle before the issue returned. It’s now been months, and the unit still hasn’t been replaced. The owner has since stopped communicating. Please don’t be misled by any AI-generated or automated responses they don’t follow through on fixing or replacing faulty products. I’ll also be reporting this to the BBB, as I was assured that any issues would be resolved, but that promise was not kept.
