Hi Kevin, Attached is a copy of the letter I sent to Kevin Krasny, owner of Cole’s Appliances, who was so helpful in finding us a refrigerator to fit into our custom cabinetry. It was also really difficult to fit the new refrigerator into our condo unit, and he and his team went the extra mile to figure out how to meet that challenge. They did all this amazingly quickly, too, which was a huge relief after our old refrigerator conked out: Dan and I are so grateful to you for figuring out a way to fit our refrigerator into our home. Our plan was to replace our old Subzero with the closest make and model to the one our unit’s previous owner’s had been able to fit in here, regardless of the cost. So you can imagine how upset we were when the team could get the old one out, but somehow couldn’t squeeze the new one in. I I just thank heaven that we were in the hands of a company as conscientious and persistent as yours. We are so grateful for your professionalism, and also for the heroes on your delivery team who worked so hard to make this happen for us. We are likewise grateful that Sean at the Subzero Merchandise Mart show room led us to you, because I seriously doubt this would have had such a happy outcome without his help , and yours, and that of your delivery people all working with us on this effort. We can see how you’ve stayed in business as long as I’ve been alive (which is to say, a good, long run!) Will you kindly also convey our appreciation to Sean at the Merchandise Mart for his direction in leading us to you, and for his continued interest throughout the process. We couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Cole’s Appliances. Kevin and Charlie bring a level of expertise that made a huge difference for us. They walked us through options, clearly explained the pros and cons, and offered thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. What really stood out, though, was their flexibility and patience. Our home renovation was incredibly complex, with constant changes and shifting timelines, and they handled it all with understanding, responsiveness, and professionalism. They stayed organized and on top of every detail, even when there were countless moving parts. They truly made magic happen. Working with Cole's and Kevin and his team was an awesome experience. We purchased a high-end Fridge at a great price. Kevin was great at communicating on the phone, email and in person. The buying experience was a pleasure and it was great to get the type of attention that you can only get at a smaller family-run store. As impressive, was the install which required the removal of a 25-year old Sub-Zero. The team was amazing. Getting this old unit out of the tight space and the new unit in was a feat! The guys were determined, clever and upbeat even though it looked like it was going to be impossible. I would have given up but they wouldn't and they got the job done and I am truly grateful. Do yourself a favor and shop at Cole's!!

We can’t thank Cole’s Appliance and Kevin Krasney enough the amazing customer service, product suggestions, pricing, and all around care for us. He supplied us with 2 refrigerators, 1 range, 1 microwave/oven combo, 1 dishwasher, 2 beverage centers and 1 wine fridge. Kevin was able to satisfy our needs as quickly as humanly possible, even with, and especially despite COVID. That’s not to say we weren’t delayed with our final piece, BUT they got us our items faster than anyone could believe and when others couldn’t get theirs. This speaks volumes not only about their problem solving skills, but their positive relationships with vendors. They made us feel like we were their only customers. Kevin was ALWAYS available via phone or email. He gave us complete honest answers and stood by his word. Their staff was also a pleasure to work with and seem genuinely happy; another testament to the quality company Kevin runs.
