Novak and Parker Home Appliance

I have had a personal working relationship with Novak and Parker, so when my fridge decided it was time to fast track its death, my first though to go to was here to get a replacement fridge. Tony was my sales person and he knocked it out of the park. I had some size restrictions due to the space it needs to fit into and he was able to not only find a unit that would work but it was also in stock so we were able get the deal done and on the delivery schedule and had a new fridge in two days which was awesome. The delivery guys were awesome as well, they were in and out in maybe 15 or 20 minutes and made it look very easy. I can't thank them enough and will and have recommend them to others to check out and get their appliances. Thanks again!

This was the best experience I have had with a vendor in over 2 decades. Issues happen for most jobs, but Novak and Parker Home Appliance stays with you as a partner until ALL issues are resolved to the customers satisfaction. Novak representative Alex did a fantastic job on every front. Product knowledge, install details, delivery and problem solving are some of the expertise provided. It made our experience FANTASTIC! We started our search for a new gas range and microwave at a larger store. So glad someone recommended Novak and Parker. There was plenty of selection and, most importantly, excellent sales people. Our sales person didn't pretend that he knew everything about every model. If we had a question he couldn't answer, he would research it for us. We ended up ordering a GE cafe range and microwave and I love it. They arrived within a week. The installation was smooth. I will definitely shop and N and P in the future.

Alex was amazing super amazing and knowledgeable. He truly helped us from start to finish and everything in between. Hes very kind and always made himself available thru the process. We had alot of changes and time restrictions he truly made everything smooth. Cant wait for the next project with Novak and Parker highly recommend for their expertise and customer service is unbeatable. Pricing is very competitive and products amazing.
