I want to give a huge thank you to Lisa for all of her help during our appliance selection process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk us through multiple options while making sure we understood the pros and cons of each. Her pricing was also very competitive and transparent, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping customers make the right decision, I highly recommend working with Lisa. Lisa, the sales associate is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She answered all my questions very thoroughly. Katie, who is in charge of deliveries was just as awesome as can be. I'm a person with a disability and they took every possible precaution to help me to set up the refrigerator. Lorenz appliance was the same price as everybody else with no hidden delivery fees. I cannot imagine why anyone would want to shop anywhere else.

I have worked with Lorenz on all appliances for 2 custom home builds. Despite the sales person (Lisa) and maintenance contact (Katie) being easy to work with, due to the quality of appliances, sadly, I would not purchase from Lorenz again. I have had issues with almost every appliance I have in my home (which is a lot). The time it takes to coordinate maintenance and replacements between the store and manufacturer, leaves me without use of appliances for a long period of time. The sales side of the house is just not responding at all to the ongoing issues to make any of it better or easier. For the amount of money I spent in upgraded appliances throughout, I don’t expect this amount of hassle for almost a year straight now.
