Appliances 4 Less Arlington Heights

Definitely place to go and get your appliances for less since they come with small dents or bigger dents . But sales people are nice and helpful. I bought so many item from them for my rental units . One time in hurry I went to grand TV & appliance and they sold me broken washing machine . I was super mad since I had to carry it to 2nd floor back and forth but Appliances 4 less saved my life again since they had washer Available in stock, not like otter retail not having anything in stock now

Bought my washer/dryer this month. They recommended their delivery/installation "screw-up crew of 3 men" who reversed my hot/cold water lines and did not even provide an installation kit with a longer drain hose to test the washer. To make things worse they ripped my floor mat in the laundry room (never apologized for it) and they damaged my RAILING to the basement. Disaster! The manager of the screw-up team STEVE offered to reimburse me $60 ! The repairs will cost me hundreds of dollars now. They do not have any insurance ! I submitted a complaint to their HEADQUATERS but never heard back and the store manager laughed at me when I told him what had happened. He also refused to provide any contact info to file a complaint. Very bad experience !

I took a chance on this company and I'm glad I did. I purchased a LG 8600 washer and dryer set. Unfortunately the dryer stopped working a few days later. They came out the following business day to "look at the dryer", to my surprise they already had a replacement and took the other dryer and replaced it no questions asked. Needless to say they stand by their product and service and will be buying more from here. I don't ever review but good service doesn't go unnoticed thank you!
