So simple to get a part this way! Pick up was also super smooth. Having 24/7 pick up is great too. I highly recommend using this place. I was able to get my part on a Saturday and successfully complete my repair. Whomever I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating and actually returned my voicemail after a short amount of time. They sent me a direct link for the part I needed, I paid for it on my phone and I received a text message telling me my part Was ready for pickup. Thank you United Appliance Parts!!

I needed a replacement evaporator fan for my Fridge! I called first thing in the AM and had the replacement part by the afternoon that same day. The service was exceptional! Highly recommend!
