My very old and very heavy freezer went out. Pocatello Electric had a new one in stock and delivered it promptly, right around a holiday. Matt and Kaj went the extra mile getting the old freezer out, which was no easy feat. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I am a long time customer of Pocatello Electric and am a happy customer. I will continue to shop there and support local.

This place is amazing! I ended up with a new microwave and the coziest mattress ever! We got a new Serta pillow top. It's the second one we've bought here because the staff is really knowledgeable and they helped us through a prior return with absolutely no issues at all. After shopping at Home Depot and being treated as a complete and total commodity we decided to try somewhere else. They have a great variety of appliances and the one thing I liked about the staff was that they talked me out of choosing an unreliable brand and helped me pick something that was better quality and suited my uses. Kudos to the salesman Nate! Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic place, customer service is top notch. We purchased from them in November after a recommendation from family members. They were very prompt in getting our washer/dryer ordered and very quickly got it installed. We had an issue with the washer (no fault of theirs) and they have been very thorough in helping us with the repair and working with whirlpool. Very pleased with them all the way around.
