We went in looking to purchase a new washer and dryer set. Nic listened to what we wanted and helped us select the best option for us in our budget. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He was able to get delivery scheduled quickly and efficiently. We were extremely happy with the whole process. Thank you!

Nic Paz always knows just what I'm describing. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when I remodeled my kitchen. They even held my appliances for months so they wouldn't be in the way. Then my neighbor needed some help replacing appliances when his house flooded, and again we received the best service! They knew what would work for him and worked with him for delivery and set up. Wow! What great delivery service! Cody and Quinton were top notch. They called ahead. They showed me a lot about the washer and dryer functions before they left and talked me thru what they had to do since I had misremembered that my current hookups didn’t match what I had told Nick. Quinton went right to work to fix things for me and never did I feel like they were putting me down. The experience was quite enjoyable. Thanks to all at Dells, especially Cody and Quinton.

Dells home appliance is by far the best place to buy or service your appliances!!! We have just recently purchased a dryer from them and our experience was delightful. This isn’t our only purchase all appliances we’ve purchased have been easy and the best service you could ask for. Rick and his team are friendly and helpful and easy to use for all your needs!
