Christopher is the technician who helped us with our VERY loud dryer problem and he is so sweet and kind! He knew what he was doing and got right to it and now we have a quiet dryer again that isn't giving us all a headache! Thank you so much! Being 38 weeks pregnant and having my baby next week I also appreciate that I was able to get scheduled quickly and have my problem resolved quickly too!

Your technician, Curtis, was friendly and authentic in his earnestness to do right by us, even though freezers were not his specialty. Curtis was sent out to our house to look at our GE washer. Scheduling the appointment was easy and I knew exactly when Curtis would be arriving. My mom was in town visiting so I wasn’t super excited to have my washer stop working. Curtis was knowledgeable, professional and timely. He gave us a no nonsense idea of what our appliance needed and what he recommended. I would definitely work with Mr. Appliance of south west Idaho again and recommend them to anyone.
