So happy I found this place! I was referred to them by a loyal customer, and I see why they keep coming back. They are accommodating and reasonable. My old stove went out months ago. I finally was able to afford replacing it due to their fair prices. Jorge Appliances really feels like a family-oriented business that genuinely cares about its customers. I am so in love with my new setup! Highly recommend, excellent customer service.

I purchased a used washer and dryer from them last summer. After installing both, they tested the equipment and discovered that the dryer I picked was not heating correctly. They took it away and brought me another dryer that was in slightly better shape than the one I originally picked at no additional cost. It has almost been a year and I don't have any issues with either my washer or dryer. Their customer service was so good that I took my grandmother here to replace her stove top oven. They took away her old oven and installed the new one within 15 min. Again they checked the stove top and oven before they left. My grandmother is very pleased with her purchase thus far. They have earned a repeat customer. 👍
