National Air Warehouse

After buying a new unit from them, at install a crack was discovered in the coil. After waiting 4 months for the coil, they informed me that I needed to pay $350 for them to process the warranty, that’s in addition to the $140 I spent to send the damaged one back. This was my first and last time buying from them. My previous supplier would never charge a fee for replacing parts on a new unit. I emailed Rheem, they never replied either.

By far the worst experience in communication. Nicest way to put it. Took a month to get my unit (not the biggest deal). Got charged for brand new and unit was damaged at the base. Going on 3 months and still havent received partial reimbursement. They said 30 days and we are close to 60. Called countless times and all I get is crickets.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I bought a split air from this place back in August 2021 and it arrived damaged. I immediately notified them and they said they would file a claim with the shipper. After several months of me calling them and the shipper the shipper finally paid the claim to National Air Warehouse but National Air Warehouse has yet to pay me, all Shelly Brown does is keep giving me excuses as to why I have not been reimbursed. I now own a unit that was damaged that I paid $8000 dollars for. Look them up on BBB you will see what I’m saying I not the first to be rear ended by this company!!!
