This store sets the standard for what an appliance showroom should be. Every product is on display and they don’t just point you toward the options, they walk you through every feature, function and design detail so you can make the best choice both functionally and aesthetically. The level of knowledge and patience is unmatched. What really sets them apart is the service after the purchase. It’s rare to find a place where you feel just as supported once the sale is done, but here, that’s exactly the experience. I always leave confident that I’m making the right choice for my home, no matter what I’m shopping for. Highly recommend.

Just purchased a GE café under the counter ice machine. It was installed yesterday and we were told that it would take 24 hours to make. It is now been 26 hours and we don’t have a single nugget of ice and there is no water in the reservoir. I would add additional information about how my husband was treated yesterday after he went into the office approximately five hours after it was installed and we were Not called prior to the installer, arriving at our house but why bother? When I called today to let them know, there was no water or ice in the machine. I was told it would have to be a GE service call which could take up to two weeks. I could not be more disappointed with Customer Distributors. The customer service is such a disappointment. When you claim your installers are simply installers and can’t problem solve, they simply did not install the product properly if they didn’t leave it working!
