Commercial Appliance

I work at an environmental laboratory and our autoclave went down two times in the same month. We use that machine for absolutely everything and it’s vital to keeping our lab functioning and running properly. Steve saved us once and we somehow managed to break it again. He stopped by a second time and figured out he had to order a new piece for it and estimated a timeline by which we could have it fixed. I stressed how urgent it was and he went above and beyond giving me his number and informing me the moment it came in that he could come fix it. Not only that but he shifted his schedule around initially to even fit us in on short notice. I would absolutely recommend Commercial Appliances and ESPECIALLY Steve.

Brian & Thomas have been working at our site for a long time and are always on time, courteous, & efficient in the repairs they preform. They have gone above & beyond to solve several persistent issues we've encountered. They also communicate what has been done, repaired, needs parts, etc. & keep us well informed.
