Our experience with Appliance Repair Specialist was exceptional! From our initial appointment setup on the phone with Shannon, to our interaction with Jason our repair tech, this team is friendly, professional, and very competent. Shannon and their automated systems kept us updated frequently of the schedule status with periodic reminders. Jason was helpful and quick with identifying the issue, locating the part, and quickly following up a week later with the actual repair. He was quick, maintained a clean workspace, provided helpful advice on the appliance itself, and was done long before we anticipated. This was one of the most painless, enjoyable experiences we’ve had with an appliance repair company. Would absolutely recommend and would make them my first call on any future appliance repair needs.

My ice maker was broken. I called and got appointment the next day. Jason came out and diagnosed the problem. Explained everything to us and ordered the new ice maker. Two days later and we are making ice again! Jason was exceptional with his professional knowledge and great personality! Shannon, in customer service was wonderful to deal with when scheduling the repair. Very personable and enjoyable to speak with! We are extremely pleased with Appliance Repair Specialists! Will definitely call them again for any future needs! Don’t change anything! You are doing it right!!

Making an appoint that was asap, and convenient was no problem. Jason arrived at the scheduled time, was friendly, efficient, and told me what he was looking for, and why. He then explained what he felt was wrong with my oven and what possible solutions we had to solve the issue. Less than 6 months ago Jason followed the same procedure with our refrigerator. We will use this company again, when needed.

The scheduling system is great and efficient. I was notified when the technician was on his way. The technician Jason came out and fixed the heating unit on my dryer. He explained everything to me thoroughly. He even found that my venting tubes were blocked so that was also causing a problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My dryer works even better than before! I will definitely use Appliance Repair specialists if I ever have another appliance issue. Money well spent!
