I'll be returning for my next appliance need.

I was given their number by a friend after posting on FB that I needed to get rid of my washer and dryer set and need to get a stackable set cuz I am moving so I called them and explain the situations that I was giving his number blah blah blah and he said no I don't do that he goes he goes I'm in business to make money I don't make anything off that and I'm like okay I'm sorry I just was under a different impression that maybe you would do a trade I'll buy these He's like no that's not my business so I just hung up very rude and even if they had done that with his unprofessionalism on the phone I wouldn't do business with him if he was the last freaking appliance place on the planet. Very very rude customer service I can't believe you've been in business that long with that attitude when a new customer calls cuz maybe I just would have bought a stackable from you and figured out what to do with this set now you can blank off cuz I wouldn't give you a penny and I will definitely be telling everybody about your attitude who wants to do business with someone that can't even be pleasant The world is hard enough you don't have to make it any harder.

Last week we purchased a washing machine. Our entire experience was a 10. I’m very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the machine. I was able to look around without any pressure. I would not hesitate to purchase again and tell family and friends about the appliance store. Thank you again for providing excellent equipment and customer services.

Let me start by saying. I love the washer I purchased from this small business, and I got a great deal with a 30 day warranty. Its an older model Kenmore that is a real power horse. Its great. Unfortunately when it was delivered and installed the man didn't tighten the water lines so it leaked for a few days until I noticed my rug was all soaked. Just to be sure and safe I just replaced the older water lines and made sure there was no leak at either the machine or the supply valves or lines. Water still appeared after each load from under the machine near the front. NOT FROM SUPPLY LINES OR THE DRAIN they stayed dry. I called this in 2 weeks after I bought the washer and they came and took it to their shop to troubleshoot. In less than 1.5 hours I got a call telling me to call a plumber after running it twice.....in less than 90 minutes, they didn't find any leaks. Next day it was brought back to me and I immediately checked for leaks at the water supply lines after install which there were none and ran a load of laundry and low and behold....water on the floor in the FRONT of the machine. Not anywhere near a drain or water line. Nothing a plumber would be able to fix. The washer still leaks on my floors. To their credit, they did take the machine (picked up and dropped off) at no extra charge to me. But I feel like minimal effort was made to find and fix this problem that I guess I now have to live with. I am dissatisfied with the follow through that was taken to resolve the issue. My solution is now to order from Amazon a drain pan to place under the machine to catch the water that leaks onto my floor for an extra $40. I bought a washer and dryer combo from this business and have had nothing but problems. First, the dryer didn't work one week after I got it but he did replace it. Then the washer broke, but I was on the road and my roommate had to call a service man to come fix it. Now the second dryer is broken again and it's outside of warranty. And it's not like it's overuse because I'm an over the road truck driver and I'm rarely home. I'm not even gonna call them because I would have to bring the dryer to him to get it fixed even if he's willing to fix it outside of warranty. So I'm just gonna call a service man to get it fixed, but I'll never buy products from this business again. So I never said I'm my review that you didn't do what you said you would do. I did bring the dryer back to you and you CLAIM to have replaced it. Now this second dryer has the same problem as the first. Here is a photo of the Burt wire. People can believe what they want.. I just told what happened to me with my experience with your business.
