I am on the board of Directors at Bridgeton North condominiums in South St. Petersburg and we recently had Accurate Electronics do an upgrade on our security camera system. The project involved upgrading 15 existing cameras and adding 8 new network cameras to monitor the property perimeter that was previously unmonitored. I found working with James, Jason and Alyssa to be extremely easy. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, and proficient. They were always courteous and communicated clearly. Project was completed in a very timely fashion and to all our satisfaction. Thank you.

Our clearwater Condo community has depended on Accurate Electronics for our community’s security access for a few years now. When we needed the update our “Access Entry” system the AE team was extremely helpful in helping us choose the best platform and worked through the project installation and launch. The entire AE team did a fantastic job. Nick was awesome!

Accurate Electronics had placed 20 cameras throughout our building. We had a situation to where I had to obtain the original footage for an investigation. Nick reached out to me right away and I was able to get the footage and the case got solved. I am so happy with Accurate Electronics every time I needed them. They were always there to assist and guide me. I highly recommend them!!

We decided it was time to replace our access control system. After getting quotes from a few firms, I met Derek Palmer, the owner from Accurate Electronics. We walked the property and discussed our needs, no rush, no hurry, he took the time to quote a system we can use. We purchased the Cellgate system. We signed contracts and scheduled the work for February 16th - 26th. The installation techs from Accurate Electronics were absolutely wonderful. Ray, Jason, Jerry, Juan are second to no one. Absolutely the best guys you would want working on your property. Showed up on time, did a great job installing all of our equipment. Took the time to explain what they were doing. Took time to answer every one of my questions. I’m so happy we choose Accurate Electronics for our access control needs! Even the staff that work in the office behinds the screen are great! Nick, Allyssa, Nick’s son, everyone is top notch. Our old system was Envera. Hands down this system is so much easier to use. The software and hardware are state Art and so much better than the outdated Envera. Customer service is top notched!

There's a reason that Accurate is NOT a BBB (Better Business Bureau) member. Immediately after a $40k installation, the owner, Derick, refused to follow up to resolve problems. No wonder the company is clueless what customer satisfaction means; it originates from the owner top down. He's abrasive, arrogant and dismissive. They're happy to collect their money and move on despite remaining problems. Avoid doing business with this company and save yourself the aggravation dealing with problems after the installation.
