Yesterday I wrote a scathing review because I was upset that the warranty was not what I expected. I have since deleted that review after shopping for a new washer and seeing the prices on open box washers and used/refurbished washers. I had to eat my words I went into Heart and Home and Chelsea was most gracious she helped me meet my budget and now I have a new warranted machine being delivered tomorrow that I am going to enjoy. Thank you for your graciousness. Wow, I was in the store. I told Chelsea that when I tried to use the steam refresh on the dryer that it leaked from behind and underneath, she had Ray put a note on the delivery sheet for the installer to check the connection to make sure it wasn't a plumbing issue before he installed the new washing machine. When I was trying to clean up a little bit, I showed the installer my swifter pads that I had used trying to clean underneath the dryer. He immediately pulled out the dryer. He reconnected the tubing which had become a little loose on one side somehow and then check to make sure there were no plumbing issues. I have to apologize for my original post which I deleted because it was just so wrong. They have been so fantastic I am so glad that I did go in and I spoke to Chelsea.

My washing machine broke and I was tossed up between repairing or buying a new one. I called Heart & Home Appliances and Luke Jenkins was most helpful in answering all my questions. I went to their showroom and was pleased to learn they are locally owned, provide free delivery and free take-away of the old appliance. I bought a new front load washing machine!

My wife and I bought a refrigerator from this store and we added an extended warranty to cover the appliance 5 years. It stopped working correctly and they had a repairman come out to look at the appliance and he determined it can not be fixed. We were put in touch with the extended warranty company and the claim was denied. So basically I was sold the warranty through the store and they were acting as agents for this company in my opinion. I was told by Heart and Home there is nothing they can do and it’s is out of their hands. While I agree it is the extended warranty company who is creating the problem it was Heart and Home who sold the extended warranty to me so I feel they should stand behind what they sold. I was offered a new refrigerator at cost but I refused based on principle. I have bought other appliances from them but will not buy anymore from them and I would not recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I walked in just to browse at new stoves. We walked out having purchased one since we could not pass up such a fantastic deal. Luke and his team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. On top of that the gentlemen who delivered and hauled away were quick and super nice. I highly recommend Heart and Home Appliances.

On 2/18/26 after shopping 4 different appliance stores, we visited Heart & Home Appliance located on Pine Island Rd. near the Target store. We met with Ray Roca who assisted us. Ray indicated that they did not stock the GE Cafe refrigerator that we were shopping for, but he was able to order it for us and further indicated it would be delivered in three weeks. Ray processed the sale and beat the four other stores price on the same item we were shopping for. In three weeks we got a call from Ray indicating the Cafe was in and ready for delivery. A delivery date was set and the Cafe was delivered as agreed. The two men who delivered the Cafe, removed our old fridge and allowed us to view the new Cafe before they brought it into our home and installed it. The Guys were AWESOME!! We are so happy with our decision to buy our new GE Cafe from Ray at Heart & Home Appliance and we would not hesitate to buy from Ray and Heart & Home Appliance again. Thank you Ray Roca and the entire team at Heart & Home Appliance for saving us money and providing us with a 100% excellent experience!! You ROCK!!
