Excellent experience with Bill Smith Appliances in Cape Coral. I purchased a GE refrigerator on Thursday. It was delivered and installed Friday morning. This was my second purchase with this company. Very pleased with both.

I've purchased appliances from the "old" Bill Smiths for 35 years, the New Bill Smith, never again. I went into the Cape Coral Store to purchaser a new Dishwasher, the salesman knew less that I did after reviewing the internet. Was not interested in helping and went to other people as soon as they walked in. Purchased the one I was interested in at Lowe's half an hour later. Bill Smith is not what it use to be. Delivery fee was double, and the model I wanted was 2 week delivery. Lowe's had it delivered the next day.

Good selections for a washing machine. Sales person was knowledgeable. Delivery was quick. I've used Bill Smith before and have been very happy with my experiences with them.

Our refrigerator died. We went to Bill Smith's to see what was available. They had several brands and styles IN STOCK, not like the big box stores. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had it delivered. It was delivered at the time it was promised. Would definitely recommend.
