Appliance Repair Svc

I was very happy using Appliance Repair Specialists. They arrived on time assessed my problem, ordered the part and returned with it in a timely manner. Unusual in today’s world that people actually do what they say they’re going to do. Very satisfied with their service. I will definitely use them again.

First time using them and I’m impressed! Super friendly and accommodated me with a quick appointment request. Excellent communication all the way around. Technician was on time (actually early via communication) very friendly and very, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Extraordinary service. Called in the morning expecting days to respond, but office staff proactively made sure the proper parts was on the truck for the tech. Tech was at our home promptly that morning and we were doing wash cycles in the PM. Will be calling this company again!

Brian came over promptly and when it turned out we had a bigger problem than I originally thought, he was able to address everything. He was professional and efficient and I would be glad to use him again!
