I bought a used stove from AJ Appliances, and I’m really happy with my purchase. The stove was clean, worked exactly as described, and the price was very fair. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Great experience overall—I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again!

I called to speak with someone about a used washer. I dialed the number a male answered and said Hello. It was confusing because a business should say the company name when I asked why this rude man didn't identify his company name he replied I don't have to. And yes to the Owner because he contacted me asking if I had really given a bad review because of this. Well if the owner doesn't think this employee was wrong then that shows once more that company should be left out of your search.

Bought a nice Frigidaire top and bottom fridge in the end of May. Delivered quickly after purchase. Fridge failed a couple days ago. Brought it back on Sunday. Diagnosed it and determined it was beyond repair. Offered several replacement options,a couple for free and an upgrade for a small amount. Only charged to deliver the replacement,traded for an even swap of the broken one. Would highly recommend them for used appliances great customer service.
