Walked in during my lunch, to drop off my vacuum to get unclogged. After a minutes of exception, Mr. Hamilton was very nice and patient and educated me in the dangers of using vacuum powder and how it can clog it up! I was in shocked the amount of years I’ve been using this stuff, it’s crazy! I AM beyond happy and would give 10+ stars if I could. I highly recommend you come here for your vacuum needs! Great service!

I stopped by to ask for some advice about a vacuum I bought from Walmart and ended up bringing it by to fix the problem after I failed to do so on my own. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and wasn't asked to pay a thing for the quick repair since it was a simple clog. My only regret is that I didn't buy the vacuum here and I'll be back to fix that problem when I need another. Excellent shop!

Wow! Jonathan Hamilton at Oreck Clean Home Center is phenomenal! I had used a Miele upright for around 15 years but wanted to switch to a canister vacuum for more versatility (and because my upright was so heavy!). He spent a couple of hours listening to my needs and concerns and helped match me with the perfect high-quality canister vac for my needs and my budget. He is so patient and informative and not pushy at all! He really knows his stuff. He let me demo all multiple machines and attachments and helped me understand how everything works with the machines I was interested in.
