I bought all my kitchen appliances ( with the exception of my Bosch refrigerator ) from Fuse ( Tyler Ratliff) high end appliances. My gray glass touch to open speed microwave has had 6 service calls from Miele authorized Gulf Coast Appliance. It has never been right. I can send you videos and photos. In addition the main steam oven cooks a bit above temp on the left side and below temp on the right side. I want to say that I am disappointed that the black glass induction range scratches so easily. The exhaust hood and dishwasher work great; so I know how great this brand is. I need replacements! By the way I bought the expensive Fuse warranties for all my kitchen remodel

I purchased a Speed Queen dryer from the Ft Myers store. The salesman was extremely helpful and we completed the sale remotely so I didn’t have to go to the store. The dryer was delivered this morning - on time - by two very professional and friendly gentlemen. Fuse sent me tracking so I knew when the driver would be here. I’m very happy with the experience.
