APPLIANCES TO GO USA, LLC.

We landed last night and walked into our home with water everywhere. Quickly determined it was the washer (sigh)…. Called (at random) Appliances to go first thing this morning . WOW! The customer service was top notch from the first call…. 30 minutes later we were walking out of their showroom and they are delivering our new set today. Mickey (think baseball 🤗 ) may be a new friend. Call him. Ask the questions. They are a Whirlpool dealer and service everything they sell. I feel like a commercial right now but this was such a good experience. We will be back when we need more appliances!

Mickey is amazing to work with! I came in on Thursday to purchase a Speed Queen dryer to go with my Speed Queen washer that I purchased a year ago from his wife Doris at the Cape Coral shop ( she was lovely). My whirlpool dryer died on me. He had one in stock set up to have it delivered the next day & it’s the Easter holiday weekend! So impressed! The delivery guys Chris & Brian were so professional & friendly. Thank you for going above & beyond for your customers & treating us like family!!

Found Appliances To Go USA by searching the internet. I needed to replace a badly damaged glass top on a brand new stove. Fortunately I found Mickey working at the Broadway store on a Saturday and he was able to give me the help I needed. He ordered a new top and had it installed a day earlier than expected. Excellent service.

I had a wonderful experience. From the 1st call to notify us of scheduling the replacement unit. Morning if and later that day the calls for Estimate time of arrival was right on. I had my own service company and I was just like this. Keep your customers informed good news or bad news. But keep them informed of the progress or exceptions of the daily events. I’m hard to please. I’m completely pleased with the preformance and communication with this company. 100 % is what we all aim for They did 100% of all the right things. Thank you
