This place is a scam. I ordered a simple KitchenAid attachment over a month ago and they took my money, then went silent. No updates, no replies, no refund, nothing. Their site didn’t say anything about a backorder until after they already charged me. Other people are posting that the store isn’t even real and the address doesn’t exist. At this point it feels like they’re just taking orders and hoping nobody fights it. Avoid this place.

We were so excited to have gotten our fridge and stove from them, we had a little problem which we did not think they would handle with such care. There customer service is unmatched! Brian was the one who helped us both with the original perchase as well as helping fix our issue, he truly went above and beyond. They care more about their customers than anything else. Love it here!

I don't understand this business. My friend purchased a stove December 2017 which is one month ago. We have heard several excuses, like drivers sick, stove on back order, oh we are sorry we will deliver on Tuesday between noon & 5. Well now they call to say the driver quit. That's not are problem. But yet you had no problem taking her money.
