Your worker Jacob is simply the best. Very knowledgeable about more than just installing a insink garbage disposal. Will be looking into seeing you folks about repairing a Kenmore washer. Thanks for everything

Called and scheduled a service call with them. They hit some unexpected delays and asked if we could wait until after the weekend. When we stated we were in dire need, they did not hesitate to move their schedule around to get to us. When they arrived, the technician was swift and courteous. We appreciate their efforts!

I love the online booking system. The office staff is very nice, and I appreciate them calling to discuss the problem ahead of time and having a 2 hour window. The technician, Jacob, was very friendly and discussed the best options moving forward. All the employees I spoke with seemed to have ample time to talk and discuss. I never felt rushed or ignored. I, also, appreciated that they had appointments next day!

A week ago Jacob came out and repaired my washer and did an excellent job. A week later The dryer in my lower house broke. I immediately called them back and asked them to come out and diagnose it and fix the problem. He came and gave me an estimate of $680 to replace the board. That seemed extremely excessive. I spoke with the owner and he explained that the part cost $325 and that they would need to mark that up, which I understand, but then they would need to charge me an assessment fee and then a repair fee. He said the assessment to come out was 189 and then they would have to charge me for the labor to put the board on. I asked how long it would take to put the board on and he said about an hour. I told him that I felt 680 was excessive based on those figures. I explained that I had just paid them a week prior and they had done a great job and I didn’t understand why I was being charged such an excessive amount. I explained to him that I could purchase a new dryer for about $700. He said that that was not true based on my stackable washer and dryer that both would have to be replaced. The washer is working perfectly and does not need to be replaced. So I am now forced to pay for a new Dryer and his $189 diagnostic. I called him the day before he came out, which would be yesterday, and asked him what an estimate would be just worst case scenario for the most expensive board if that was broken and labor because I was trying to decide if I should just buy a new one or have them come out to repair. I was told by them that worst case scenario it would be $550. Today I told the owner about that conversation again and said that I had no problem paying 580 which I know is still excessive but since they did a good job the week before I would just go ahead and pay that. He said no. So I just paid him $189 for the diagnostic and I’m buying a new dryer. I will not use them again. I am the type of person that uses good service people over and over again, but there has to be trust. I do not feel safe or good about what went down today. I am a business owner and totally understand that they need to make money But this isn’t how you do business especially with repeat customers.
