I can't say enough about the help I received for a difficult repair question from Afeek at Martin and Harris. He was generous with his time and directed me to a possible solution for my issue. Excellent customer service. If there’s any kind of problem, Martin & Harris has their own guys that come and fix it, not a third party contractor that walks away like the big chain stores. I would never buy appliances anywhere else!

The door gaskets on my KitchenAid refrigerator began to separate. I called and got a hold of Afeek and in about a minute already had an appointment setup to replace them. I was expecting it to be an expensive repair but found out that it was actually covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and Martin and Harris handled the entire process. Their service tech Fred was punctual, polite, and got the repair done in no time. I highly recommend Martin and Harris.

Over the last four years, Martin & Harris has replaced several old appliances for me and my dad. They are knowledgeable and friendly and I highly recommend them. My family has been using them for many of their major appliances going back to when the business first opened.

I'm sorry that there are not more than 5 stars because I think Martin and Harris deserve at least 10! No one can compare to Nick Roth! I had to put my project on hold for a few months and Nick was so accommodating. If Nick should ever leave the company, Martin and Harris will have lost a real treasure and asset! And the delivery team! Real champs! They were on time, very careful of my brand new floor, and friendly. Excellent job everyone!
