So many brands and models on the floor to look at and have a chance to compare interiors and all features. They have many more than any other store in Marin. The prices are great, sale or no sale. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Everything is explained, and if you have specific requirements and specific brands, you will only be shown those and also told about any new models that are coming out, as well. Very, very satisfied.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with our decision to go with Homewise (formerly Airport Appliances). We purchased both a Fisher and Paykel refrigerator and a Bluestar range through them and have experienced issues with each. While I completely understand—and can appreciate—delays due to damaged products needing replacement, what has been far more frustrating is the lack of customer service from our sales representative, Amos Mathews. We have been left with a refrigerator without door panels and handles for over a month, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, we have not received a returned phone call. We had also considered TeeVax in Santa Rosa and ultimately chose Homewise because we wanted to support a Marin-based business. Unfortunately, that decision is one I now regret and would not make again. I hope this review helps others make a more informed choice for their future purchases

Great selection. Knowledgeable staff. Reasonable delivery, installation and haul away costs. They will let you measure, advise and let you discuss. I already bought a washer & drying and will be coming back to them next year for a fridge, range and hood. Already told 2 friends to check them out. Thank you John. Looking forward to delivery Friday.
