The service was excellent! My refrigerator went out and they made sure that not only did I get a good price on a refrigerator, they got it delivered the very next day! The guys who came deliver it got everything done, quick and easy! TY

I had a horrible bed and went into Direct Appliance just looking for better... but the mattress I found was perfect. Brandon explained all the different types and helped me find the perfect one. I just had my mattress dropped off at my home and it is wonderful. Everyone was so nice and helpful; perfect experience.

Kourtney was amazing!!! She absolutely knows her products! Was so patient, and called right away to set up delivery! The day after!! The delivery guys were fabulous!!! So patient and so respectful!! Im purchasing several more appliances with a remodel and they will only be purchased through Direct Appliance!!!

Went in needing a fridge in a hurry, the staff was super nice and helpful. I got a great deal and my fridge was in my kitchen within 6 hrs of purchase 🙌🏻 we didn’t loose any food. It was my first time there and it was a great experience, I’ll definitely be back next time I need to replace an appliance!
