I had the best experience with Infinite Appliance. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I needed a new washer/dryer set and was impressed with the inventory. I was in and out fast as the staff guided me in the right direction with what I needed along with a price that could not be beat. I bought a top of the line LG washer/dryer set for at least 50% less than other big factory stores and had my older washer/dryer set removed with the new set installed in less than 24 hours from when I bought it. In addition, the delivery rep was so nice, professional and quick with the installation and removal of the washer/dryer units. A huge stress was taken off my plate and cannot thank Infinite Appliance enough. I will be a customer for life - thank you again.

The team was so wonderful from start to finish. We were welcomed in quickly to review their selection of large home appliances, and immediately found a washer dryer set we had been looking for around town (both in great condition!). We added a delivery, which came with a free installation and old appliance removal for the following weekend. Then, we were surprised to learn from the team that we were upgraded to a newer models of the dryer because the one we selected was dented. A nearly brand new washer dryer set for a great price and value! We really appreciate the transparency, care and reliability that Infinite Appliance offers. We've share with friends and family and will definitely come back again in the future!

I had an outstanding experience with Infinite Appliance, even though I completed my purchase remotely from a different time zone. Coordinating everything from a distance could have been stressful, but Rafael made the entire process smooth, easy, and worry-free. Rafael was incredibly responsive, patient, and professional. He answered all of my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly despite the time difference. I never felt like “just another customer”—I felt genuinely taken care of. If this is the level of customer service they provide to someone who isn’t even in the store, I can only imagine how exceptional the experience must be for customers who visit in person. I had an outstanding experience with Infinite Appliance in San Jose! When my refrigerator unexpectedly failed, I needed a replacement as quickly as possible. The team made the entire process incredibly easy and had a new refrigerator delivered the very next day. The delivery team was absolutely amazing—professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. They handled everything with care, made sure the refrigerator was installed properly, and left the area clean before they left. Their customer service and attention to detail really stood out

Replaced our old washing machine and dryer with this LG washtower. Everything from shopping to installation by their team went great. The machine is technically open box but brand new in every way except a very small dent on the side wall. Still has manufacturer's warranty. I saved about $500 compared to buying at the big stores. Their installation team is also very easy to work with and probably a lot more experienced than whatever delivery company the big stores work with. Definitely recommend giving them a call or going in to see their inventory.
